We are a small friendly Afterschool Care seeking a staff member to join our growing team.
The successful applicant will be highly motivated, with lots of energy and have a passion for working with children aged from 5-13 years.
We seek some one who has the ability to think outside the square, shows initiative, is creative and has excellent communication/organisation skills who can be part of our team.You will need to be comitted to providing a safe and fun environment for children to engage and learn in.
You will be someone who is honest, reliable, has excellent supervision skills, and has your own transportation.
You will need a first aid certificate or be prepared to obtain one, and have your own reliable transport.
Hours of work: Monday- Friday 2:45- 5.00pm and 3.00pm 5.00pm
All positions are for School terms only.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Preperation of afternoon tea / cleaning
Art and Craft
Assistance with homework
Organising and running group games and activities.
Interacting and Supervision of children.
Contibuting to program planning and implementation.
Please note that appointment will be subject to a complete police and reference check.
